Eligible for Return or Replacement
Products may be eligible for return or replacement if:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged item received
- Defective product received
Return Conditions
- Return request must be made within 3 days after receiving the order
- Product must remain unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact
- Clear images or videos may be required for verification
Not Eligible for Refund
Refund or replacement will not apply in cases of:
- Incorrect size selected by customer
- Change of mind after placing order
- Minor color differences due to screen display settings
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days.
