Eligible for Return or Replacement

Products may be eligible for return or replacement if:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged item received
  • Defective product received

Return Conditions

  • Return request must be made within 3 days after receiving the order
  • Product must remain unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact
  • Clear images or videos may be required for verification

Not Eligible for Refund

Refund or replacement will not apply in cases of:

  • Incorrect size selected by customer
  • Change of mind after placing order
  • Minor color differences due to screen display settings

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days.
